National Quality Manager

  • Will help drive ISO and Technical Quality Metrics throughout organization.
  • Will hold weekly conference calls to work on open issues and corrective actions.
  • Drive Consistency across all manufacturing units.
  • Welding, Painting, Fabrication experience a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to work on specific tasks
  • Will manage scorecard with various customers to track variance and performance.
  • Five years minimum of managing of a quality team.
  • Should be near, Tulsa, Cincinnati, or Canton, Ohio.

Salary $150K+

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong background in quality management systems, quality audits, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with CGMP regulations.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate processes that enhance product quality.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance for senior management review.
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in quality inspection, assurance, and control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CGMP regulations and industry standards.
- Experience conducting quality audits and managing quality systems effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ohio: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
