Accountant (QuickBooks Expert)

Fast-Growing Specialty Food Manufacturing Company

We’re a rapidly scaling specialty food manufacturing company shaking up the beverage industry - and we’re looking for a detail-driven Accountant with strong QuickBooks skills to help keep our finances as balanced as our drinks.

This role is perfect for someone who loves clean books, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow alongside an energetic, entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Enterprise for Manufacturing
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory-related accounts
• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Track COGS, margins, and expenses across production, events, and distribution
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Assist with sales tax filings, 1099s, and coordination with external CPA
• Improve accounting processes as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
• Advanced QuickBooks skills (required)
• Experience with inventory
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving business
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into insights

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS integrations
• CPG, gift, or beverage industry a plus
