Temporary Staffing Recruiter (Part-Time / Remote Available)
Location: Remote or Hybrid

Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Temporary Staffing Recruiter to support our growing staffing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to identify, engage, and onboard talent for a variety of positions.
This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work part-time and/or remotely, while playing a key role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, databases, and creative recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of future employees for ongoing and upcoming staffing needs
- Screen candidates through phone interviews and initial qualification processes
- Coordinate and manage candidate scheduling, including interviews and onboarding timelines
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand hiring needs and provide updates on candidate progress
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred (especially in temporary staffing)
- Proven experience using recruiting platforms and tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible work environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
