Compensation

• Pay: $22.00 - $36.80 per hour (based on experience)
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• 15% Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Weekly Pay

Position Overview

Mecca Talent is seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators for a leading manufacturing facility in Mount Joy, PA. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in MIG, Flux-Cored (FCAW), or TIG welding who enjoy working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The successful candidate will fabricate and weld a variety of aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel components while maintaining high quality standards and following all safety procedures. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, accurately use measuring tools, and safely work at elevated heights when required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Flux-Cored (FCAW), and/or TIG welding based on department assignments.
• Weld aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel components to engineering specifications.
• Fabricate custom parts and assemblies using blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Weld structural steel, heavy tubing, and 14-gauge sheet metal, including plenum and structural applications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, mark, and verify materials using tape measures and other precision measuring tools.
• Operate grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Safely work from platform ladders, scissor lifts, and other elevated work platforms when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with MIG, Flux-Cored (FCAW), and/or TIG welding.
• Ability to weld aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong tape measure and basic math skills.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment weld test.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and scissor lifts.
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
